FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Not only will you be provided with professionally prepared Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and Consolidated Financial reports, Ann will help you gain insight from financial trends, identify areas of improvement, and help guide you through financial decision making on your road to success.

General accounting services provided by Ann include the recording of daily accounting transactions, monthly close reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, analysis of revenue and expenses, profit and loss reporting, and payroll including preparing and filing federal and state payroll taxes.

GENERAL ACCOUNTING

Other services provided by Ann include preparation of supporting schedules to be provided to external auditors, sales tax returns, notary signing and establishing accounting records. Along with various regulatory agency reporting Ann will help you create internal standard accounting operating procedures based on your custom needs.

Ann is a Bronx, New York transplant with knack for problem solving. She moved to Colorado in the early 80s and has her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Denver. She spends her free time romping around the mountains with, Max the black lab and traveling. Her favorite place to stay while visiting family in Italy is Hotel Bellavista. Ann is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and National Association of Enrolled Agents.
